GossRV Terms and Conditions
No smoking is allowed in any of the vehicles. Motorcoach return time is 11:00am. RV rental delivery/retrieval is included in your package. One way RV rentals can be added to your package.
Security Deposit
Clients must submit a security deposit a minimum $5,000.00 to $15,000 (pets may be an additional charge). Security deposits are typically refunded within 10-14 business days after coach is returned, assuming no damage less overages. For reservation deposits, half of the total is due for reservation and the full balance is due 45 days prior to the trip start date.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental $1000 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the start of the rental dates a credit in the full amount will be issued to use within 12 months of the starting date booked less any incurred cost from accommodations, logistics, etc.
Insurance
Obtain a binder through your insurance company or purchase the protective package ($160-260/day–additional $10,000 to $15,000 damage retainer may be required). The protective package includes insurance through RVNGO (3rd-party). The damage retainer covers the cost for repairs and/or deductible, costs for logistics, and the cost for administration. The retainer is the maximum amount of loss per accident.
