GossRV Terms and Conditions
No smoking is allowed in any of the vehicles. Motorcoach return time is 11:00am. RV rental delivery/retrieval is included in your package. One way RV rentals can be added to your package.
Security Deposit
Clients must submit a security deposit a minimum $5,000.00 to $15,000 (pets may be an additional charge). Security deposits are typically refunded within 10-14 business days after coach is returned, assuming no damage less overages. For reservation deposits, half of the total is due for reservation and the full balance is due 45 days prior to the trip start date.
Cancellation Policy
If a trip cancellation occurs, Goss RV will promptly return the refundable security deposit portion of the rental. A credit in the amount of any motorcoach rental funds received will be issued to the client for use within 12 months of the starting date booked, less any incurred expenses.
Insurance
Obtain a binder through your insurance company or add Goss RV's protective package. The protective package includes insurance through a 3rd-party partner. A damage retainer will be collected along with your deposit and will be applied to the cost of repairs and/or deductible, costs for logistics, and the cost for administration if damage occurs. The damage retainer does not represent the maximum amount of loss per accident.
