Role Overview
This position serves as a key support role to the Motorcoach Maintenance Manager, contributing to the
smooth operation of motorcoach maintenance activities. The role involves monitoring systems,
coordinating repairs, maintaining inventory, and communicating with drivers and internal teams. It
requires hands-on technical skills, organizational ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repairs

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on both
  motorcoaches and tow cars

• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, manufacturer manuals, and
  schematics

• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

• Provide guidance and technical support to Coach Operators

• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure all systems are fully operational

• Work closely with the Motorcoach Maintenance Manager to ensure timely and accurate
  repairs

• Stay current on manufacturer & industry certifications and training
  Maintain accurate records of work performed and time allocated in service software

Preferred Skills& Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience

• Aqua Hot Certified

• RVTI certified or willing to become certified

• Strong commitment to quality and excellence in all tasks.

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in coach repairs.

• Flexible schedule availability, especially during peak summer months.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative work ethic.
