Role Overview
The Motorcoach Service Advisor plays a critical role in the management of the Goss RV Fleet. This
position is responsible for managing work orders, communicating service expectations and updates,
and ensuring all work is performed with excellence, accuracy, and a high level of care. The
Motorcoach Service Advisor serves as a key liaison between owners, vendors, and internal team
members, ensuring every service experience reflects Goss RV’s commitment to luxury,
professionalism, and reliability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for coach owners regarding service status, approvals,
    timelines, and next steps.

  • Create, track, and finalize work orders for service, maintenance, inspections, and warranty items.

  • Ensure all work orders include accurate details, timelines, cost information, and documentation.

  • Monitor progress on active work orders to guarantee timely and high-quality execution.

  • Support estimates, invoices, scheduling, warranty submissions, and parts/labor coordination as
    needed.

  • Identify recurring service concerns and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and
    vendor relationships.

  • Maintain accurate service records for motorcoaches and tow vehicles within the Motorcoach
    Management Program.

  • Develop and implement a Preventative Maintenance Service program based on manufacturer
    recommendations.

  • Ensure compliance with Coach Management Tier scheduling contracts.

  • Process and follow through on insurance claims.

  • Coordinate with the Logistics Manager for motorcoach movement related to maintenance and
    repairs.

  • Update Motorcoach Owner usage in CRM/HubSpot as needed.

  • Schedule coach pick-ups, drop-offs, cleaning, and stocking for owners.

  • Manage administrative processes for onboarding and offboarding Coach Owners, including
    documentation and system updates.

  • Conduct biannual audits to ensure all coach documentation is current.

  • Assist with preparation, distribution, and renewal of Coach Owner contracts.

  • Provide support for accounting and financial reconciliation between Maintenance, Logistics, and
    Management teams.

  • Uphold Goss RV’s luxury service standards in all interactions, emphasizing trust, responsiveness,
    and relationship building.


Qualifications

  • Experience in service advising, service coordination, or motorcoach/RV/automotive service
    roles preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities
    simultaneously.

  • Ability to read and understand service notes, repair orders, and technical information.

  • Organized, proactive, and dependable with a sense of urgency.
