Cancellation Policy:

If cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental $1000 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental amount including deposits & any bank or credit card service fees will be forfeited.

Reservation Deposit:

Security Deposit:

Minimum $2500.00 (Pets may be an additional charge) *Typically refunded within 10 business days after coach is returned, assuming no damage.

Insurance Fee:

Binder furnished from your insurance company or additional charges will be applied.

Mileage Charge:

$3.99 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.

Generator Charge:

5 hours per day free. $3 per hour of use thereafter.

Cleaning Charge:

$395 usual, additional charges may apply if additional cleaning is necessary.

Internet:

Internet may be added or included. 1.25 GB allowed per week. No international usage allowed. Additional charges will apply for overage.

Additional Charges:

$80 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
