If cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the start of the rental $1000 is forfeiture. If cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to the start of the rental dates, the entire rental amount including deposits will be forfeited.

$50000 per month, 30 days… includes 100 free miles per night. (Extra nights at $1700 per night)
Reservation Deposit:
Minimum $1500 or ½ of the rental estimate. (necessary to secure reservation)
Security Deposit:
Minimum $7500.00 (Pets, add an additional $500) *Refunded within 10 days after coach is returned in the same condition as when rented.
Insurance Fee:
Binder Furnished From Your Insurance Company or per day charge with admin. fee
Mileage Charge:
$1.79 per mile in excess of 100 miles per night rented.
Generator Charge:
5 hours per day free. $3 per hour of use thereafter.
Cleaning Charge:
$250 usual, up to $350 if not returned clean, both interior and exterior, including all under coach luggage compartments.

$80 dumping charge if wastewater tanks are not empty.
Fuel Tank:
